Appointments must be rescheduled/cancelled 72-48 hours before appointment time or deposit is non refundable. appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 40% of the service. same day cancellations/ no shows are charged 75% of the service & may be subject to being banned from future booking. I understand unforeseen circumstances but last minute cancellations or no call no shows make me unable to fill the spot you booked for which hurts my small business. you are allowed one reschedule with the same deposit. if your appointment is rescheduled more than once a new deposit will need to be paid.
